Yesterday we were joined by Lenny Murphy of Gen2 Advisors and Greenbook for Part 4 of our Recollective Application series. During this session, Lenny discussed the evolution of Insight Communities and how they fit into the current Market Research landscape.
We then discussed how researchers can use Recollective to successfully conduct Long-Term Insight Communities. More specifically, we discussed different approaches researchers can take when structuring and designing their community along with the different features that can be used to spark engagement over the long term. Wrapping up the session, we provided some additional considerations and essential tips and tricks to ensure that your Insight Community is successful!
